The Sampriti Educational and Social Development Trust, bearing the No.- IV-00233/09 (Date: 26-10-2009, Serial No. 08257 of 2009), was formed to provide quality education, particularly to students from rural communities. The Trust has established a new building offering state-of-the-art facilities for the D.EL.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Teacher Education Programme) College, named Sampriti College of Education, located at Vill & PO: Hetampur, Dist: Birbhum, West Bengal, Pin: 731124.
The College will be affiliated with the West Bengal Board of Primary Council (WBBPC) and recognized by the N.C.T.E. It is situated in an ideal environment, close to the bus stand, 4 km from the railway station, and adjacent to National Highway-60.
